    To increase your chances of getting the perfect appointment time, reach out as early as possible to secure your spot!

  • The amount of time you’ll spend with us depends on the services you are having done. Timing guidelines are available in our menu.

    Lightening hair properly and preserving your hair’s integrity is our number one priority. Using high volume developers and lifting quickly causes damage. Low and slow is a rule we live by. Because of this, our appointments take longer.

    We kindly ask that you don’t schedule anything right up against your appointment because perfection takes time! You and your hair deserve it.

  • Choose clothing that you are comfortable wearing for extended periods of sitting. Light-weight attire is best. We keep the salon temperature at 77°f ; haircolor is ideally processed at this temperature as per manufacturer’s guidelines. The result is brighter blondes and the excellent grey coverage.

    High collars and hoodies are poor choices since they get way of haircuts and nape detail work. There is a risk that your jewelry (earrings and necklaces) will be damaged or lost. Clothing items could be stained. We strongly recommend you remove these articles and change into a robe before your service. Blondify Studio will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged property.

  • Yes, all appointments require a 50% deposit upon booking. This is applied to your service and is 100% refundable if you cancel/make adjustments at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

  • We understand that life is busy, so if you need to reschedule, please give us 48 hrs notice and we will arrange another time for your appointment.

    When you book an appointment with Blondify Studio, we set that time and stylist aside just for you. Last minute cancellations and no-shows impact us significantly. When you forget, cancel, or reschedule an appointment without giving enough notice we not only lose your business, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.

    We respectfully request at least 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling.

    For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, appointments are subject to the following terms:

    Cancellation Policy

    1) You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 48 hours preceding the start time of your appointment; If a cancellation, you will be refunded your deposit. Cancellations must be done via email to booking@blondifystudio.com or text to (917) 983-1572.

    2) Reschedules and cancellations less than 48 hours notice are considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    3) If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and forfeit your deposit.

    4) Late arrivals (beyond 15 mins grace period) will be seen on a case by case basis. If there is not enough time to render services your deposit is forfeit.

    5) Appointments that are booked within the 48-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

    6) Appointment confirmation messages are sent both 5 days and 72 hours in advance of appointments by either SMS or email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

    7) Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

    8) Proceeding with booking confirms your agreement to the terms outlined above.

    We recognize the time of our clients and stylists is valuable and strongly enforce our cancellation policy for this reason.

  • We have a 10 day adjustment policy, so if you’re not thrilled with your hair please get in touch with us within 10 days of your visit and we’ll work something out with you! We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
